Mirror...

Mirror...

The old world walks slow,
with rules carved in stone,
its rhythm steady,
its voice calm.

The new world runs fast,
with painted smiles,
hungry eyes,
and dreams chasing tomorrow.

Heroes stand in silence,
clowns burn in laughter,
and questions echo:
Who owns desire? Who shapes the dream?

The mirror shows both sides:
truth and doubt,
particle and wave,
certainty and chance.

Time bends when we reach for it,
breaking when we watch,
then slips quietly
when we stop looking.

We are not apart from change.
We carry yesterday,
we chase tomorrow,
and in between,
we live inside the paradox.

P.S.  A stage of shadows, a universe of equations, a question without an ending, an answer without certainty, a mirror, a mystery...
(Shakespeare, Heisenberg & Bohr).
