The Paradox of Becoming...
We watch the apple fall to ground,
Newton’s truth in silence found.
Yet paradox whispers, heavy or small,
All things equal in their fall.
Darwin spoke of tooth and claw,
Of nature’s deep, unyielding law.
The strong endure, the weak may fade,
Yet hope is born where pain is laid.
From Mendel’s garden, seeds divide,
Patterns hidden, truth inside.
Chance and order, loss and gain,
Survival carved in blood and brain.
We suffer storms, yet rise with song,
The weak may fail, yet shape the strong.
Ambition burns, defying fate,
Hope unlocks the narrow gate.
So let the struggle shape our way,
Evolution guiding night to day.
From falling apples, truth takes flight,
Yet human will invents the light.
Selection builds the frame we bear,
But hope and vision fill the air.
In every law, a dream is spun—
The paradox of becoming, won.
P.S. Matter falls by Newton’s rule, yet hope rises beyond equations.
